A Way to Impact the Upcoming Elections

I believe I have the historical and constitutional right to speak out on these "political" issues, but that is not the prevalent view in our nation

Dear partners and friends,   I'm writing to you on behalf of the Truth and Liberty Coalition. I believe the Lord has given me a way to impact the upcoming elections in our nation in a very positive way, but I need your help.   Like you, I'm appalled at the riots, looting, "cancel culture," and general lawlessness that has gripped our nation. Who would have ever thought that America would have a movement to defund the police? Or government officials taking the side of rioters, allowing them to occupy city streets and government buildings?   We've all been praying for an end to this lawlessness, but like faith (James 2:20), prayer without action is dead. I've been asking what can I do to make a difference, and I believe the Lord gave me the answer.   During our Summer Family Bible Conference,  I asked William Federer, General Jerry Boykin, Tony Perkins, E.W. Jackson, and Janet Boynes to join me for a panel discussion about all the issues facing our nation. On very short notice, they all saw the value of what we were doing and were excited to participate.   We took the moral issues confronting our culture and discussed them based on what the Bible had to say about each of them. We didn't tell people who to vote for, but we did make very clear statements about which party platform lined up with Scripture. We discussed everything from pro-life to LGBTQ issues.   Janet Boynes lived a lesbian life for fourteen years before the Lord set her free, and she was powerful sharing about the dangers of the LGBTQ movement.   General Boykin spoke out on foreign policy, the rule of law, and how to deal with the riots taking place. He was also very strong that what we see is being orchestrated by Marxists, and our liberty is at stake.   William Federer was amazing as he went back through history and showed the very things we are dealing with in our nation today are the same tactics used to topple governments since the time of Plato. It was very enlightening.   Tony Perkins is in the thick of the swamp in Washington, D.C., having direct access to the president and many of the top leaders of our nation. He sounded the alarm on where all of this could go while also sharing great reports of ways the Lord is moving in our government.   And E. W. Jackson was awesome! I love that man. He can get by with saying things as a black man that I couldn't. And he didn't hold anything back. He was interrupted by applause a number of times. It was powerful.   We had this panel discussion for over two hours on Wednesday night of the Summer Family Bible Conference. The next morning, we received a "cease and desist" letter from the Colorado attorney general. I don't know of any direct physical connection between that panel and the letter, but I firmly believe that in the spiritual realm we riled up the devil, and the letter was a result of that. I believe I have the historical and constitutional right to speak out on these "political" issues, but that is not the prevalent view in our nation today. That's one of the reasons I started the Truth and Liberty Coalition. This is a 501(c)(4), which allows me to be as political as I want to be when dealing with these issues.   As a testimony to the effectiveness of this panel, a man who attended that evening saw Pastor Mark Cowart out walking his dog the next morning. Mark has been the director of our School of Practical Government at Charis Bible College and is currently leading our Truth and Liberty Coalition.   This man recognized Mark and shared that his wife was with him at the service the night before. She has been a liberal, but after listening to that panel, the man said his wife decided she, as a Christian, had to start voting for people who supported biblical values. Praise the Lord! It's already bearing fruit.   I plan on airing this panel discussion on my Gospel Truth television programs on October 5–9. I really believe this could change thousands, or maybe tens of thousands, of people's views just as it did this man's wife. There are thirty million Christians in this nation who aren't even registered to vote. That's a shame, and I believe these programs will shake believers out of their complacency and get them to turn out and vote.   Here's what I need your help with. Because of the political nature of this panel and all the things we talked about, I've decided to air these programs under my Truth and Liberty organization (a 501(c)(4)) to avoid any potential challenges to Andrew Wommack Ministries' 501(c)(3) status. That means Truth and Liberty has to pay for the TV airtime and all the production costs. That amounts to $350,000 for one week.   Truth and Liberty Coalition doesn't have that much money, and—by law—there has to be a clean break between AWMI and Truth and Liberty. We can't just give $350,000 to Truth and Liberty to pay for this. So, Truth and Liberty needs to raise this money without the gifts being tax deductible.   The fact our government allows tax deductions to 501(c)(3)'s is a blessing, but I can promise you that the Lord will bless you back 100 times in this life (Mark 10:29–30) if you give to Truth and Liberty and help get these truths out.   When you support Truth and Liberty, you should know that God is using you to make a major impact in many ways, not just the television broadcast I'm writing you about today. Truth and Liberty hosts a major live cast every Monday night that reaches up to 80,000 people. Our website (TruthAndLiberty.net) has dozens of amazing resources that will help you be informed and get involved to make a difference!   The biggest audience my ministry has is our television broadcasts. We have the potential of reaching 3.2 billion people worldwide each weekday. We also put our television broadcasts on our website (AWMI.net), which has over a million visits per month, and our GospelTruth.TV internet television network is reaching thousands and growing.   We had 54,884 calls to our Helpline in June with 14,293 of those calls being first-time contacts. We estimate that only a fraction of the actual viewers actually respond by contacting us, so we believe millions of people in the U.S. watch each day. I actually saw a video that was done with people living in filth in a remote and undeveloped culture, and yet you could hear me preaching in the background of the recording over their TV. We are going everywhere. Praise the Lord!   To avoid any potential government interference with these programs, I need you to help Truth and Liberty pay for these broadcasts. They need the $350,000 within the next two months, so time is critical. There are more than 350,000 people receiving this communication, so it would not be a burden on anyone if everyone would do something.   One of the ways you could help is to become a Truth and Liberty member for an automatic withdrawal of $5 or more per month. I don't even want to think about what could happen if wickedness continues unchecked in our nation. I'm doing what I believe the Lord has told me to do.
