PEER UP!
Dear entrepreneurs, I want to share a chat I had with a fellow business owner recently. We could learn a thing or two Me: "Hey, have you ever felt like you're just trying to keep up in the business world?" My Friend: "All the time! It's exhausting. But I've realised that just keeping up isn't enough. We need to 'peer up' - look beyond our own circles and learn from the best." Me: "What do you mean by 'peer up'?" It's about staying ahead of the curve, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic thinking." Me: "That makes sense. I feel like I've been stuck in a rut lately. How do I start 'peering up'?" My Friend: "Start by seeking out mentors, attending conferences, and reading industry publications. Connect with people who are pushing boundaries and learn from their experiences." Me: "Alright, I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the advice!" My Friend: "No problem!
