- Lead solar and mini-grid project development.
- Manage stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and project documentation.
- Support market research and go-to-market strategies.
Read also, Requirements: - B.Sc. in Physics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- 4–6 years' experience in solar or power sector BD/project management.
- Strong technical understanding of solar systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling ability.
Preferred:
Experience with DFIs, donor programs, and renewable energy financing. Apply:
