At the opening of Entertainment Week Africa (EWA) in Lekki, Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mrs Toke Benson-Awoyinka, highlighted the state's commitment to creating opportunities for young entrepreneurs and diaspora stakeholders to scale their businesses and showcase African creativity globally. The week-long event gives MSMEs in film, music, and media access to markets, collaboration opportunities, and mentorship through flagship programmes such as the EWA Content Festival and EWA Music Camp. These initiatives equip participants with the skills, networks, and exposure needed to produce globally competitive content.
