To be considered, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Started the NNAS process (optional).
- Passed the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Have at least 5 years of recent, clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (preferably in acute care, long-term care, or home-care settings).
- Worked at least 450 hours as a registered nurse within the last 3 years.
- Have sufficient English proficiency to pass a panel interview (IELTS General, CLB 7).
