The initiative aims to modernize teaching, expand digital literacy, and prepare Nigeria's youth for the global job market — a move expected to benefit MSMEs and industrial growth. Backed by a $70 million investment, the programme covers 27 federal technical schools and several state colleges nationwide. Over 300 instructors from six South-West states have completed intensive workshops in hospitality, leatherwork, and beverage production, while the next phase will train 30,000 young Nigerians with industry-aligned skills to drive entrepreneurship and employment.
