The six-year programme aims to strengthen agricultural value chains, expand market access, and improve productivity by 2030. The funding will support MSMEs, farmers, and processors through improved connectivity between producers, markets, and financial systems. It will also enhance agro-processing capacity and promote rural employment, particularly for youth and women.
