Speaking at a recent tech gathering in Abuja, the Director-General of the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Kashifu Inuwa, called for a shift from technology consumption to creation, urging young Africans to become innovators and owners in the digital space. He commended local tech communities for building platforms that empower startups and small businesses to leverage blockchain for financial access, transparency, and scalability.
