Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Drive seller acquisition and onboarding, meeting monthly subscription targets.
- Convert free users into paid subscription plans through compelling value propositions.
- Generate monthly recurring revenue via strategic account management.
- Focus on high-demand categories such as FMCG, agricultural products, and fast-moving Nigerian market goods.
- Conduct direct outreach, including cold calling, digital marketing, and hands-on platform setup for sellers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade associations, cooperatives, and cluster partnerships.
- Ensure seller retention and engagement, maximizing long-term platform value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute growth campaigns that boost visibility and adoption.
Requirements: - Proven track record in B2B sales, growth marketing, or marketplace acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian commercial markets, seller behavior, and trade clusters.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Results-oriented with a focus on revenue generation.
- Knowledge of Lagos commercial zones (Island, Ikeja, Balogun, Surulere, Alaba) is a strong plus.
- 2–5 years' experience in sales, business development, or marketplace growth.
- Background in e-commerce, digital platforms, or SaaS sales.
- Experience in seller acquisition or B2B account management.
- Familiarity with Nigerian trade networks and market dynamics.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (but not mandatory if proven experience is strong).
