The agreement was sealed at GITEX Nigeria 2025 in Lagos, with NITDA's Director General, Kashifu Inuwa, and Kaspersky's Africa General Manager, Chris Norton, representing both parties. Under the pact, Kaspersky will support cybersecurity training programmes, collaborate with NITDA on public awareness initiatives such as the Cybersecurity Alphabet campaign, and engage in joint research to boost digital safety across the country.
