The initiative, announced during the fifth anniversary of the CAP Painters Academy in Lagos, builds on the 6,000 painters already trained since 2019 across 17 states. The academy provides participants with technical skills, product knowledge, and modern application techniques, while also linking them to mentorship and business opportunities. Read also, To strengthen impact, CAP has partnered with the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) to accredit its training, ensuring graduates receive nationally recognised certifications. It also launched the Business Pro Workshop, designed to help painters build sustainable enterprises through entrepreneurship, financial management, and digital literacy. CAP said the programme would not only raise industry standards but also empower painters to grow as professionals and entrepreneurs, creating ripple effects for SMEs in the construction and interior design sectors. | | | |
