The intervention, sponsored by Senator Binos Yaroe in partnership with Alkaf Global Investment Resources Limited and the Federal Government's Border Communities' Development Agency (BCDA), was flagged off at the Binos Skills Acquisition Centre in Mayo-Belwa. Represented by Mr. Boniface Katawan, Senator Binos said the gesture was to ensure farmers feel included in his empowerment programmes.
