Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of productivity, safety, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities.
Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.

Requirements:

Minimum of HND or BSc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2-3 years proven working experience as a warehouse supervisor will be an added advantage.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
