America is the land of the free and the home of the brave, but that freedom came at a price which we should never forget. Thousands of brave men and women fought so that future generations, like ours, could enjoy freedom.
However, as hard won as that freedom was, that fight is not yet over. It continues today as we battle terrorists on foreign shores, defend our rights as Christians in our own country, and strive to keep true freedom alive.
This ongoing conflict is beautifully portrayed in the In God We Trust musical--a story of courage and faith that is told through a small church in Arlington, Texas:
With a father at war in Afghanistan, there is obvious turmoil in the hearts of members of one of the church families. As their Independence Day event preparations progress, word comes to the wife that her husband has been captured by hostile forces.
Will the family's trust in God be enough to carry them through this difficult time? Find out when you join us for this event on July 4, 2020, at 6 p.m.! (There's no charge to attend.)
The event will be held at The Auditorium, on the campus of Charis Bible College in Woodland Park, Colorado. The musical will be a part of our Independence Day celebration, which promises to be full of fun indoor and outdoor activities for the whole family. Seating is limited and is based on a first come, first served basis, so come early to grab a bite, sip, and seats!
The In God We Trust musical comes as the finale our Summer Family Bible Conference. It promises to be a memorable week! The events will also be live streamed. Find out more by following the link below. You won't want to miss it!
