The United Arab Emirates (UAE) government has launched a new remote work system that allows federal employees to work from abroad, a move designed to attract global talent for government projects and specialized roles.
A Strategic Move to Expand Talent Pool
According to Gulf News, the initiative was announced during a Cabinet meeting at Qasr Al Watan, chaired by Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
