Which online platforms do you use the most for marketing?
Tiktok and Instagram are my go-to platforms. They give your business massive exposure if used right.
How do you make your content stand out?
I hop on trends quickly and twist them to suit my niche. Don't wait for a trend to go cold use trending sounds while they're hot to catch attention.
What's one thing small business owners often overlook?
Consistency! Most business owners aren't consistent. It's tough when nobody's clapping for you, but you have to keep showing up. Post every day. If you can post 5 or even 10 times daily, do it. Content wey go blow, go blow!
Which tools help you manage your brand online?I use Bumpa to create a free business website, Canva for eye-catching graphics, ChatGPT for content and captions, and PiggyVest to save (don't blow all your profits on shawarma like I did once, haha).
Any tips for measuring success online?
Use Insights on Instagram to track post performance and Business Suite for monitoring ads. Data helps you improve your strategy.
How do you handle customer complaints?
Respond quickly and professionally. Offer a solution. But if the customer is too stressful, move on. Some customers can drain your energy save it for the next shege ahead!
