Speaking at a public hearing on a bill to establish the National Institute for Film and Media Technology, he highlighted the sector's growing global impact, noting that many Nigerian content creators now earn over $1 million annually. He cited projections that the entertainment industry could generate $14.82 billion in revenue by 2025, up from $4 billion in 2013 stressing the need to equip youths with skills in film, media, and artificial intelligence.
