Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Prepare detailed periodic audit reports outlining findings, risks, and recommended improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience as an Internal Auditor in the hospitality industry Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA) is an added advantage Strong knowledge of hotel operations, accounting principles, and financial regulations Proficient in the use of hotel management software Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays Familiarity with Nigerian hospitality industry standards.
