Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Create architectural designs, concepts, and plans based on client briefs and site conditions.
- Develop detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Oversee construction projects from design through completion to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all architectural work meets Lagos State and Nigerian building codes and zoning regulations.
- Evaluate site conditions and constraints to determine design feasibility.
- Prepare project documentation including reports, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with construction teams.
Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Lagos or similar urban environments.
- Proficient in design and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction standards.
- Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
- Membership or certification with ARCON (Architects Registration Council of Nigeria) is a plus.
