Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Ensure adequate and competent staff/ workforce in all company business locations at all times.
- Manage the recruitment and talent selection process to align with company culture
- Align onboarding plans to the company's Mission, Vision, and Core Values
- Develop programmes and initiatives that encourage teamwork and teambuilding as well as staff health and wellbeing.
- Nurture a positive and inclusive work environment for all
- Initiate and encourage a self-learning mindset among the staff/workforce
- Maintain the pay plan and benefits program
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, succession planning, and preservation of human capital
- Manage a performance appraisal and reward system that drives high performance
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly Management reports through appropriate HR Metrics
- Contribute to Customer Relationship Management
Requirements: - HND or BSC in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology in a related field
- At least 2 years of previous experience in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) or above.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Full understanding of HR functions and Labor laws
- Knowledge of IT systems and databases
- Negotiation and people management skills
