Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Design unique buildings and well-organised structures
- Handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction
- Manage client relationships
- Develop and present design proposals
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, budgets, and construction documents, and manage project teams.
Requirements: - M.Sc, M.E.D, M.Tech, B.Sc, or HND in Architecture.
- Proficiency in BIM design and detailing.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, and Navisworks.
- Proven experience in construction supervision, building coordination, material specification, and contract administration.
- Expertise in project reporting and management.
- Candidate must be analytical, critical and strategic thinkers.
- Must possess highly innovative design and technical skills.
- A keen interest in buildings and the built environment, in-depth experience in building information modeling (BIM)
- Good design and drawing skills to demonstrate your flair for architecture;
- Sound analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals
- Must be flexible to work off station.
