This role is essential in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across our software, hardware, and network environments. Key Responsibilities - Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Set up and configure workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and system access in Active Directory and Office 365.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Assist in deploying software and updates across devices.
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using the company's IT ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on infrastructure and security improvements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of staff from an IT perspective.
- Provide assistance during technical deployments and events, including video conferencing.
- Document procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
- Proficient in Active Directory and asset inventory management
- Restaurant Automation: Setting up and configuration of POS, server, kitchen display system
- Hotel Automation: IPTV setup, configuration and integration
- Develop comprehensive training materials to ensure consistent knowledge across the technical support team.
- Monitored team performance and facilitated the necessary training programs to help maintain a high level of competence among support staff.
Other Duties: - Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by management or the Admin Manager.
- Provide general support to administrative functions when required (e.g., photocopying, printer troubleshooting, etc.).
- Assist with setting up audio-visual equipment for presentations or training sessions.
- Support logistics during corporate events or IT-related projects.
