The Nigeria International Agriculture Expo (NIAEXPO 2025) will showcase Nigeria's agricultural potential with special focus on empowering SMEs, women, and youth in agribusiness.
Project Coordinator, Abiodun Olaniyi, said the event will address key challenges like post-harvest losses, low input efficiency, and supply gaps while promoting innovation across livestock, finance, organic farming, and agroecology. The expo will also highlight opportunities in underutilized crops such as moringa, broccoli, and flowers.
Regional Lead, Adekunle Adamson, noted that this year's edition includes a Farmers' Day and a Women Entrepreneurship Hub to provide training on packaging, marketing, product registration, and market access.
With capacity-building sessions, knowledge-sharing forums, and international partnerships, NIAEXPO 2025 aims to position Nigerian SMEs as major players in agribusiness locally and globally.
