The initiative was presented by the Honourable Minister of State for Education Prof Suwaiba Sa'id Ahmad with the goal of making communication a core pillar of education reform. The strategy will use dashboards grassroots outreach and media partnerships to create transparency and accountability. It is designed to build public trust encourage participation and secure long term support for education programmes across Nigeria. For small and medium enterprises the plan opens new opportunities in content creation digital platforms media production and grassroots campaigns. Local firms can play a role in building awareness training tools and engagement materials that will support the reforms.
