Athletes,Olympic and Candy

How are you ? I guess my electricity and my weight will raise up because of the Rio Summer Olympic.

Due to the time differences ,I have to watch the Olympics in the evening and middle night,

So I have to use the electrical appliances, make the cooking and buy some snacks to comfort my stomach.But that will be not health to eat much in night.

Oh, I like to watch Olympic but as you know if stay up in the night will feeling listless in the day .
