What is AdSense?Google AdSense is a program run by Google through which website publishers in the Google Network of content sites serve text, images, video, or interactive media advertisements that are targeted to the site content and audience. These advertisements are administered, sorted, and maintained by Google. – Wikipedia AdSense.com acts as a Third Party system through which our O9ja blog earns revenue when users perform a series of activities on our website. What Really Happened?On 25 Jun 2020 Time: 09:30 a.m, AdSense sent us a mail with Title “Ad serving limit placed on your AdSense account”. (We will attach the screenshot below)
When Did AdSense Stop Displaying?As seen on the Screenshot, it was on the 25th of June 2020 at exactly 09:30 in the morning. Why Did AdSense Stop Displaying?Spam Comments: It’s sad that some of our members don’t adhere to instructions, as they continuously dropped comments which made no sense or relate to the post, and as such Google AdSense had to limit the site from Advertising. Not Reading Post: Some members never read the post updates, all they did was open a post and immediately scrolled down to comment and earn. Activities like these and others are not healthy on AdSense Powered sites like O9ja.com. How does this affect us and our members?The effects are numerous but we will like to highlight the important ones.
Why Did We Stop the Frequent Posting?We had to reduce the number of posts and activities because each time O9ja members performed activities and earn, O9ja wasn’t generating revenue which will result in our dear members making money that O9ja won’t be able to pay. Will Google AdSense lift the Ads Limit and Starts displaying ads on O9ja again? and When?Yes, as you can see on the screenshots above, we were NOT banned and our account is still fully accessible waiting for the Ads limits to be lifted so we can resume displaying ads on the O9ja platform from Google anytime soon. The solution, What is Next?O9ja Platform will continue to provide the masses with Jobs Updates and earning platform We ask that our members endure with us during this hard time and wait a little longer as we wait on AdSense to Lift our ability to display ads and earn so our members can enjoy as it was before now. Or take the new Options below. On PaymentsO9ja Platform Purse: the last time we received money into the O9ja Platform Purse was on the 21th May a sum of $1,078 which is about 431,200 in Naira. Since then we have issued out a payment of 458,320 Naira to our members and right now, we are owing Carbon(a money lending platform) 27,120 Naira.(Screenshot below) We regret to say that O9ja is currently broke and there is no money in the O9ja Purse so we are not able to issue out any payment as of now. This should also be a lesson to our members, please try to adhere to our instructions as we know the implications that it might cause. Nevertheless, We don’t want to blame anyone but ourselves. But we promise you that we are working tirelessly to make sure that we are back 100%, stronger and better. What are we doing to make sure that O9ja comes back stronger and better?We understand that time is money and we need to not just make moves but move fast, so we have put in place about 3 alternative sites to O9ja.Com in case Adsense takes longer than we can wait.
What Should Our Member’s do while waiting?We have Created Other Site But we want Our Members to decide what we should do with it. So we ask Should we make the new website FREE for people to register and earn? Or should we create a site that people will still pay 2,000 to join?
