- Oversee annual strategic business planning aligned with investment plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across clusters, including Product, Marketing, and Risk.
- Benchmark and evaluate competitive products to enhance offerings.
- Conduct research on products, solutions, and processes to recommend cost-effective, sustainable options.
- Maintain up-to-date market and competitor analyses through research and surveillance.
- Analyze business performance, implement improvements, and develop contingency plans.
- Drive operational excellence and system improvements.
