Targeting youth aged 18–35, the program offers free training on soft skills including emotional intelligence, time management, and job interview preparation as well as entrepreneurship essentials like business planning, packaging, and legal insights. Innih Ikhide, Head of Youth Engagement at Jobberman, said the program aims to make participants employable or ready to launch their own businesses. He emphasized the need to bridge Nigeria's job-readiness gap, noting that employers often find graduates unemployable. The initiative, now in its second phase, builds on the success of the first phase, which trained 2.3 million youth and helped 500,000 secure jobs. A career fair, job clinic, and disability inclusion forum are in the pipeline. Uruan LG Chairman, Surv Iniobong Ekpenyong, urged participants to make the most of the training. Fashion designer Peace Edet praised the course for enhancing her customer relations and business planning skills.
