Dear Entrepreneur, Quick question: If your answer gave you high blood pressure, this one is for you. Let’s be honest. A lot of us are running vibes-based enterprises. The official business structure is: You’re not building a business, you’re running a one-person Olympics. 🏃♀️🏃♂️ The Hustle Is Loud, but the Structure Is on Mute We love the hustle culture around here. You know that “rise and grind,” “sleep is for the weak,” “we move” energy? It’s beautiful… but exhausting. Truth bomb: Hustle without structure is just organized suffering. The reason your to-do list never ends, your stress levels are on steroids, and your weekend is just Monday Part 1 is because your business depends too much on you. That’s not entrepreneurship. That’s glorified self-employment with a logo. So, What Does Structure Look Like? No, it’s not about wearing suits and having a receptionist named Nkechi (although that sounds nice sha 😄). Structure means:
Imagine waking up to sales you didn’t personally chase. That’s not a dream. It’s called structure. And it’s the difference between a hustle and a business that scales. Final Word: Vibes Are Not Strategy Hustle is great. Passion is lovely. But if you want to stop running in circles and start building something that can stand the test of time (and possibly japa), you need structure. So, ask yourself again: PS: It’s not wrong for your business to lack structure at the very early stage but it becomes a big issue if the business perpetually runs without a structure. Till next time, Here’s what I have for you today:

These early "realtors" paved the way for modern real estate moguls! In ancient Rome, for example, "argentarii" acted as intermediaries in real estate transactions, facilitating deals and providing financial services. Similarly, in ancient Egypt, scribes would document land ownership and transfers, laying the groundwork for modern property transactions. Fast forward to the late 19th century in the United States, when real estate agents began to formalize their profession. One notable figure, Charles Merrill, co-founded the real estate firm Merrill Lynch (now a financial giant) and innovated commission-based sales. These early entrepreneurs set the stage for today's thriving real estate industry, where agents, brokers, and developers shape the way we live and work.
