The magazine is widely regarded as the authoritative voice of the real estate sector in Nigeria. We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team in Lagos. This is a full-time hybrid role, combining both in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will support our sales and marketing operations, interact with clients, manage sales processes, and contribute to the promotion and growth of our publication. - Minimum Qualification : Degree

Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Engage and communicate effectively with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote the magazine to new advertisers and readers through both online and offline channels.
- Provide top-notch customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the sales team in managing leads, following up on prospects, and closing sales.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Requirements: - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
- NYSC must be completed (this is a mandatory requirement).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
- Must be proactive, energetic, and willing to learn and grow within the organization.
- Must be willing to resume immediately
