The team, which had earlier toured farms in Kano and Jigawa, examined NADF's structure—70% debt, 20% equity, and 10% split between grants and emergency support. Ibrahim, explained that the Fund operates as a wholesale lender with a mandate covering crops, livestock, aquaculture, and the blue economy, balancing commercial returns with social impact.
