Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage daily piling operations on-site.
- Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with geotechnical design parameters and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, record site activities, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce HSE requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical and operational issues during piling works.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks on materials and workmanship.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in piling or deep foundation projects.
- Knowledge of rotary drilling, driven piles, bored piles, CFA piling, or diaphragm wall construction.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical principles, site investigation data, and load testing.
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering software.
- Ability to work in demanding site conditions and meet tight deadlines.
