The programme, which began virtually on September 3, 2025, engaged 3,600 teachers before moving to a two-day physical session in Abuja for selected participants drawn from all 36 states and the FCT. Trainees explored six key competence areas under the National Digital Literacy Framework (NDLF), including digital device operation, data literacy, communication, content creation, online safety, and problem solving. Anchored on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda and NITDA's Strategic Roadmap and Action Plan (SRAP 2.0), the effort targets achieving 70% digital literacy across Nigeria by 2027.

The retreat brought together key stakeholders to review progress and strengthen collaboration on the intervention. The graduates, drawn from all 34 LGAs, were trained in poultry, fish farming, crop management, soil science, livestock, market gardening, and biogas production. Unlike traditional job seekers, the graduates are leaving as agripreneurs, equipped with practical skills and seed capital of ₦1 million each to start their ventures.
