Today, I want to break down some of the harsh realities that many business owners face but rarely discuss openly. Let's start with the uncomfortable truth: Being an entrepreneur is lonely. While we may surround ourselves with a team, the ultimate responsibility and decision-making often fall solely on our shoulders.
