The Federal Government has opened applications for the 2025 Creative Economy Development Fund (CEDF), a landmark initiative offering up to $100,000 in funding to boost Nigeria's creative and cultural industries.
Approved by the Federal Executive Council and managed by the Ministry of Arts, Culture, Tourism, and Creative Economy, the fund aims to drive economic growth, create jobs, and strengthen Nigeria's global cultural influence. Applications close September 1, 2025.
CEDF 2025 targets a broad range of sectors including film, music, publishing, fashion, art, design, gaming, cultural tourism, digital platforms, and creative service providers such as media agencies, legal firms, and logistics companies.
