Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain and update school records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and school events.
- Prepare and distribute letters, reports, and other documents as required.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of school communications and notices.
- Support senior staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Requirements: - Minimum of a B.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
- 2–5 years' proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in an educational environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Professional, approachable, and discreet.
