The Federal Government has reaffirmed its commitment to building stronger partnerships with the private sector to drive sustainable economic growth and development across Nigeria.
Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, made this known during a courtesy visit by the leadership of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) and the Organised Private Sector of Nigeria (OPSN) in Abuja.

Senator Akume emphasized that the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, under the Renewed Hope Agenda, remains dedicated to creating an enabling environment where businesses, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs), can thrive, expand, and contribute to national development.
NACCIMA President and OPSN Chairman, Engr. Jani Ibrahim, reiterated the private sector's support for government initiatives through projects such as the NACCIMA Green Initiative, which aims to plant one billion economic trees nationwide. The programme seeks to promote climate resilience, rural employment, and sustainable industrial growth through collaboration with government and development partners.
