Dear business owners, Remember I told you that MSME Africa sent me to South Africa to attend the African Media Perspectives Conference last week? I'm back with the full gist. First of all, The conference was a great place to learn and meet new people. I was privileged to tour the prestigious Stellenbosch University, gaining insight into its rich history and academic excellence. The study tour to Daily Maverick and GroundUp was another highlight, offering a behind-the-scenes look at innovative media outlets. I was fascinated by their commitment to fact-based reporting and community-driven storytelling. The panel session I participated in was also an exciting experience, as I shared my perspectives alongside seasoned media professionals with decades of experience - some of whom had been in the industry longer than I've been alive!😂😂 I was one of the youngest people in the room! While I enjoyed every moment of my time in South Africa, I must admit that I missed my Nigerian meals. I actually struggled to eat their meals. Nevertheless, the conference was an incredible opportunity to connect with media professionals from across the continent, and I returned home inspired. Thank you for reading my story. Here's what I have for you today!
