State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Amina El-Imam, made this appeal in Ilorin during a courtesy visit by the agency's state coordinator, Mr. Nadabo Nathan. She stressed the importance of safeguarding public health and urged NAFDAC to enforce compliance with quality standards. "Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq remains committed to delivering quality healthcare. The government is ready to collaborate with NAFDAC and reactivate the state taskforce committee on drugs to combat fake and substandard products," she said.
