State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Amina El-Imam, made this appeal in Ilorin during a courtesy visit by the agency's state coordinator, Mr. Nadabo Nathan. She stressed the importance of safeguarding public health and urged NAFDAC to enforce compliance with quality standards. Read also: Dr. El-Imam highlighted the urgent need to curb the activities of producers of counterfeit drugs to ensure consumer safety. She also called for stricter action against quacks who mislead the public with false product advertisements. "Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq remains committed to delivering quality healthcare.
