Tech giant Google has announced that it will phase out Google Assistant in favor of its next-generation AI assistant, Gemini, marking a significant shift in its digital assistant strategy.
In a statement released on Thursday, Google emphasized that generative AI is transforming how people interact with technology, necessitating the transition to a more advanced AI-powered assistant.
