Emomotimi Agama, SEC DG, disclosed this during a meeting in Abuja, noting that SMEs make up over 90% of Nigeria's businesses but face major hurdles accessing affordable, long-term funds. He said SEC, through its Office of the SME-Based Assets (OSBA), is driving initiatives to connect SMEs with capital market funding options.
