Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-orientated and proactive Accountant to join our real estate company in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, managing property-related transactions, ensuring compliance with local tax laws, and supporting financial decision-making across the organization.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing of the store.
Hire, train, and supervise staff members.
Manage inventory, including ordering stock and monitoring stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Implement marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
Maintain budget and financial reports.
Monitor store performance and implement improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in retail or store management.
Proven ability to hire, train, and supervise staff effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.
Strong understanding of store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for handling customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate inventory records, and meet sales targets.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000-NGN 120,000
