So my take is, the companies replacing junior roles with AI are actively destroying their future talent pipeline, creating a "talent crisis" where senior executives with foundational experience will be impossible to find.
They lose the system needed for staff to gain the foundational skills, battle-tested experience, and deep context necessary to evolve into seniors.
So imagine if Raph is supposed to learn Email Auditing as one of his early skills to scale as a Senior Email Specialist, if for some reasons AI is empowered to audit these accounts, populate sheets and make them 100% ready without Raph's intervention, will Raph be qualified for a Senior Email Specialist who should have Email Auditing skills?
No nah!
And this is basically what this user on X is saying.
The idea of AI is to be able to integrate it with every career level and not replace humans needed for entry level jobs with AI.
