If it can cover gym, then a restaurant is the best compliment. Gym + restaurant = good work. lol

But then, since you want to know, these are other negotiable items for when next you're considering to sign the offer letter, based on AI.

1. Frequency of coming into the office.

If you're in Lagos, I don't need to tell you that working just once or twice from the office is better than working 5 days in the office. SO if you're holding a senior role, then this is your chance to throw in the request. You're welcome.

2. Learning & Career Development.

Ask if the company supports certifications, training, courses, or conference attendance.

3. Internal Mobility Opportunities.

Can you move across departments, markets, or teams later? Some companies quietly encourage this, others block it completely.
