Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate and manage social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and newsletters.
- Track and analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics (ROI, engagement, leads, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Organise promotional events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities.
- Maintain and update the company website with current content and promotional offers.
- Support public relations efforts and contribute to press releases, blogs, and media content.
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in marketing, communications, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.
Desirable: - Experience with graphic design or video editing tools.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
