The successful candidate will act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, manage schedules, and ensure efficient office operations. - Minimum Qualification : Degree

Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls; handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage the MD's diary, schedule meetings, and organise appointments
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements as required
- Source office supplies and materials
- Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain an efficient office filing and document management system
- Perform other front desk office roles.
- Add value to the MD's daily schedule and assist in reducing workload
- Support general administrative operations as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of a BSc/BA degree (Second Class Lower) in any discipline
- 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Preferably female
- Honest, trustworthy, and highly organised
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
- Candidates resident in any of the following areas of Abuja would be preferred: Lokogoma,
- Galadimawa, Gaduwa, Apo-Dutse, Apo Resettlement, Wumba, Durumi, Kaura, Lugbe, Kabusa, Garki, etc
