Your Responsibilities - Support lead generation and prospecting for new client opportunities.
- Help drive outreach campaigns to engage potential clients in the tech, data, and cybersecurity space.
- Research market trends, competitors, and target accounts to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate and participate in weekly business development and strategy sessions with the CEO.
- Contribute to building the company brand through content ideas, social media activity, and networking.
- Track and update the CRM/recruitment software with client and candidate interactions.
- Prepare reports and insights for the senior team to inform decision-making.
