Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Advocate located in Lagos, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Advocate will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products, providing excellent customer service, and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, meeting with potential clients, providing product information, and closing sales. The Sales Advocate will also be involved in training sessions and managing sales activities to achieve set targets.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales experience and ability to close sales
Experience in Sales Management and Training
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
