Minimum Qualification : Degree Experience Level : Senior level Experience Length : 7 years Working Hours : Full Time Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and general ledger. Develop and maintain effective financial systems, policies and procedures. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Manage cash flow, budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial stability. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits and statutory reporting. Supervise and mentor members of the accounting team to enhance productivity and performance. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities and financial institutions as required. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management. Support decision making processes by evaluating financial data and identifying opportunities for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. ICAN/ACCA Minimum of 7 years' experience in Accounting or Finance role, with at least 3 years in managerial capacity. Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, budgeting and internal controls. Proficiency in accounting software. Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills. Beneficiaries received cheques ranging from ₦300,000 to ₦1.5 million to support ventures, education, healthcare, rent, and people with disabilities. Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, represented by Deputy Governor Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, said the initiative demonstrates the essence of inclusive governance by providing hope and opportunities for residents to become self-reliant. He urged beneficiaries to use the funds productively, describing the support as "a seed of hope" meant to ignite business growth and household stability.
