According to Mr. Ogun, the first phase of SUPA training, lasting six to eight weeks, will culminate in a certification exam. Successful candidates will proceed to Phase 2 for technical training in their chosen trades. To enhance training quality, ITF is collaborating with original equipment manufacturers for bulk purchases of training equipment. Additionally, it is working with the Nigerian Employers Consultative Association (NECA) to secure job placements for graduates while finalizing a business incubation structure for entrepreneurship opportunities. | | | |
